KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The United States Postal Service (USPS) is ramping up its efficiency in Kalamazoo with the installation of a new sorting machine capable of processing up to 5,000 packages per hour.

U.S. Postal Service officials on Aug. 13 showcased the improvements it has made at its Canton Sorting and Delivery Center. The Canton facility has a new mail sorting system and new delivery vehicles.
