Coralville man charged with murder after allegedly stabbing his wife
James Fuller Martin, 47 of Coralville, was arrested and charged with 1st-degree murder in the stabbing death of his wife, 41-year-old Amber Nicole Martin.
Nathan Chasing Horse's defense attorney said prosecutors would present no evidence of the allegations, including no DNA evidence or eyewitnesses.
