If you’ve claimed a payment or concession card online, you can track the progress of your claim using your Centrelink online account through myGov. This means you can see when your claim was submitted, when it’s in progress, and when it’s completed. We’ll also let you know online if we need more information from you, or if you have any outstanding tasks to complete. We’ll let you know once we’ve finished processing your claim, so keep an eye out for a letter in your myGov Inbox. Find more inform
