A brand new study looks at the relative value of different forms of exercise across a variety of health outcomes. It’s suggest that we may have majorly underestimated the value of vigorous intensity exercise. While I still hold that any exercise is better than none, this adds important context to optimizing exercise routine routines for various health outcomes.
