We're working hard to make train travel easy. Following customer feedback to our initial pilot that rail travel can be confusing, we’re simplifying tickets across our route. From Sunday 11 June, we're removing most return tickets on LNER managed journeys, giving you greater flexibility to mix and match single tickets ensuring you can enjoy excellent value tickets in advance, and flexible travel options for last-minute journeys.
